Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using VibeScan (vibescan.org) you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. What the service is
VibeScan runs automated security audits (static, dependency and dynamic-exploitation analysis, including AI-assisted pentesting) and delivers a report with findings and suggested fixes. It's a best-effort analysis: a help to improve your security, not a guarantee that your system is invulnerable.
3. Authorization (important)
You may only audit projects you own or have explicit permission to test. By starting an audit you represent and warrant that you have that authorization. You are solely responsible for your use of the service and for any scan you start.
4. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. VibeScan does not guarantee it finds every vulnerability or that the suggested fixes resolve every problem.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeScan is not liable for vulnerabilities, failures, outages, data loss, direct or indirect damage, or for errors or security breaches in the audited systems, nor for decisions made based on the report. VibeScan's total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the audit in question.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use VibeScan to attack third-party systems without authorization, or for illegal activities. We reserve the right to suspend the service in case of misuse.
6. Payments
Audits have a cost shown before paying (from USD 19, with repeat discounts). The subscription is monthly and its price drops over time. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless the law states otherwise, payments are non-refundable once the audit has run.
7. Certification and badge
The “Certified by VibeScan” badge indicates that, at the time of the last audit, the project met our standard (no critical or high findings and a minimum posture). It's a snapshot in time, not a permanent guarantee: it may change or be revoked if the project changes or stops meeting the standard.
8. Intellectual property
You keep all rights to your code. The generated report is for your use. The platform, its brand and its engine are property of VibeScan.
